Job Summary The Environmental Manager is responsible for managing facility compliance with applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations and internal company policies. This role will be based in St. Rose, Louisiana, but will also have oversight and responsibility for environmental compliance at our Gretna, Louisiana and Avondale, Louisiana terminal locations.  This role shall be performed in a way so as to promote operational excellence with respect to EHS&S compliance and culture. The Environmental Manager shall: - Coordinate activities as detailed below with the Director of EHS&S; - Identify environmental non-conformances, incidents and near misses and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences; - Seek to continuously improve the company’s environmental performance and minimize negative impacts to the environment in all areas of terminal operations; - Remain up to date on current, pending, and proposed environmental regulations and developments in the bulk liquid storage industry; and - Serve as the Environmental liaison between the Company, employees and outside agencies. Responsibilities - Manage select EH&S Department employees and operations including but not limited to scheduling, incident investigation, policy implementation, discipline, and budgeting; - Prepare, monitor and manage environmental operating expense and capital expenditure budgets; - Liaise with regulatory agencies, local governmental authorities, and local community organizations; - Manage and coordinate facility compliance with all applicable environmental regulations; - Develop and implement Company environmental policies and oversee compliance with those policies; - Ensure compliance with air and water permits, oversee sampling activities, and assist in the development of air and water permit modifications and renewals; - Manage solid and hazardous waste activities, including sampling, analysis and proper disposal; - Oversee and/or perform environmental recordkeeping duties, including preparation of monthly discharge monitoring reports, monthly emission calculations, annual emission reports and other submissions to environmental agencies; - Maintain and manage the following plans/programs: - Spill, Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) - Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) - Waste Minimization Plan - Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) Plan - Startup, Shutdown, Malfunction (SSM) Plan - Read and understand regulatory requirements including but not limited to the US Code of Federal Regulations; - Understand basic and advanced chemical parameters including but not limited to flash point, boiling point, pH, solubility, and density; - Understand the recognition, evaluation, and control of environmental hazards in the workplace; - Perform and/or organize and manage environmental compliance inspections for work areas and equipment; - Participate in internal, regulatory, and customer environmental inspections and audits; - Train employees in environmental subject matters and develop related training and presentation materials; - Remain updated on current environmental regulations and developments in the bulk liquid storage and advise local, regional and corporate IMTT Management on both current and future regulatory impacts. - Provide support to the Operations and Maintenance Departments on environmental matters; - Immediately implement corrective actions for dangerous conditions; - Review and recommend modifications and changes to the facility’s equipment and/or procedures to achieve environmental or health/safety goals; - Conduct accident/incident investigations, prepare Root Cause Analyses and/or HAZOP studies where appropriate; - Represent the terminal with outside agencies and customers as needed; - Review Safety Data Sheets for evaluation of product safety hazards and environmental permit implications; and - Respond to environmental emergencies as needed. The Emergency Response Technician is responsible for the Compliance Fire Prevention and Protection at IMTT.

Job Summary The Service Desk Administrator is an application or Systems Support Technician that receives escalation from Service Desk Analysts. Primary handoff responsibility is to ensure initial triage was accurately performed and verified before the incident or issue transfer of responsibility. Upon the transfer of incident responsibility, the Service Desk Administrator is expected to provide an advanced skillset and resolution procedures with sensitivity to severity and priority. If there is a need for assistance, it is likely to escalate to IT Operations, which would involve a warm transfer of responsibility or partnership with IT Operations to close the incident. The Service Desk Administrator is expected to collaborate with IT Operations as needed to generate root cause analysis for any severity two or 3-level incidents.

Support several degreed engineers and project managers in the performance and construction of capital projects.

The Dock Operator position is responsible for safely conducting marine transfers in the IMTT-Gulf Region. This position reports to the Shift Foreman.  This position resides at the St. Rose and Avondale terminals.

IMTT Illinois is a specialty chemical storage facility seeking aspiring engineering/tech students to assist in the development and completion of P&ID and single-line diagrams for systems throughout the terminals. You will work closely with the engineering team to interpret and revise system drawings, tag system components, and assist with the daily project work of the department. You do not need to be pursuing specifically an engineering degree: all applicants pursuing degrees/certifications in related fields are encouraged to apply.

The Gauger is responsible for safely conducting operational transfers of products throughout the terminal. This position resides at the St. Rose and Avondale terminal.

The Heating Operator position is responsible for ensuring the hot oil system, boilers, and wastewater treatment plant are properly maintained and operated. This position reports to the Director of Heating. This position resides at the St. Rose Terminal.

The Tax Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the tax function within IMTT. This includes developing and implementing tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax laws, reporting and filing Federal and State income taxes as well as indirect taxes, managing tax accounting processes inclusive of tax provisions, and providing leadership to the tax team.  IMTT currently operates in nine states and two Canadian provinces and plans to be taxed as a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Job Summary   The Terminal Operator is responsible for performing receipt, storage, disbursement and inventory control of products at a liquid terminal. Assist in the overall operation and maintenance of terminal equipment, tanks, racks and associated pumps, piping and valves.  Responsibilities - Perform assorted tank farm & dock duties to direct flow of incoming and outgoing product through terminal piping to designated spots by aligning terminal valves in accordance with established procedures. - Perform inspection on tanks, valves, associated piping and loading/unloading rack components. - Assist and provide training or guidance to new as well as qualified transport drivers always ensuring they are abiding with all terminal rules and procedures. - Responsible for inventory reconciliation to include gauging storage tanks accounting for product receipts, disbursements and tank transfers. - Protect the integrity and segregation of customer product during the receipt, storage, and disbursement processes by adhering to established procedures and guidelines. - Respond to terminal related emergencies when called upon to do so. Job Summary The E&I Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing maintenance services to internal customers. Executing site preventative maintenance activities while communicating effectively with internal customers and outside service providers and suppliers. This position will also support capital construction and commissioning activities.   Responsibilities - Plan, execute and record periodic maintenance and repair on terminal electrical equipment and instrumentation in a computerized maintenance program. - Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all terminal equipment. - Assist the Operations and Drumming Departments as required. - Coordinates with other Maintenance Technicians and other Departments. - Capable of participating in the terminal emergency response organization and wearing an SCBA and other chemical PPE. - Wear appropriate PPE for required task, and safely perform job duties. - Provide after-hours and weekend support on a routine call rotation and occasionally as job duties demand - Drive a company vehicle. - Depending on the E&I Maintenance Technician position being filled- may operate heavy equipment.
