Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all non-electrical maintenance personnel.
Responsibilities
· Oversee mechanical construction performed by maintenance personnel taking place in the terminal
· Coordinate and schedule routine preventive maintenance, corrective, and emergency repairs.
· Supervision of all hourly maintenance personnel.
· Knowledge of industrial maintenance disciplines such as rigging, welding, pipe fitting, iron work, millwrights, machinist, and other allied fields employed at the facility.
· Knowledge of OSHA, NEPA and Coast Guard regulations regarding safe work practices.
· Working knowledge of welding equipment, cranes, manlifts, forklifts, and other heavy construction equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one-year supervisory experience in dealing with hourly personnel.
- Minimum three years’ experience in the construction or maintenance field.
- Valid Driver’s License
- TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credentials) for access to IMTT’s terminal locations.
- National Commission for Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO)
- Welding Certification
- OSHA 30-hour Certificate
· Skills and Abilities
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to understand written and verbal communication in the English language.
- Ability to make decisions in a variable environment.
- Ability to communicate with all other terminal departments.
Hours of Work
· Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday.
· This position requires overtime and occasional weekend work as job duties demand.
· Must be available for off hour emergency calls and carry a cell phone.
· Occasional travel may be necessary, sometimes with little or no advance notice.

The Tank Farm Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of shift personnel and workflow throughout the operations department. The purpose of this position is to plan, manage and lead all operations activities within the department. This position will assist in other traffic, maintenance, engineering and EHSS related activities. This position is an in-office position that requires the employee to be present at the Geismar terminal during regular business hours.
Job Summary
The E&I Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing maintenance services to internal customers. Executing site preventative maintenance activities while communicating effectively with internal customers and outside service providers and suppliers. This position will also support capital construction and commissioning activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and record periodic maintenance and repair on terminal electrical equipment and instrumentation in a computerized maintenance program.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all terminal equipment.
- Assist the Operations and Drumming Departments as required.
- Coordinates with other Maintenance Technicians and other Departments.
- Capable of participating in the terminal emergency response organization and wearing an SCBA and other chemical PPE.
- Wear appropriate PPE for required task, and safely perform job duties.
- Provide after-hours and weekend support on a routine call rotation and occasionally as job duties demand
- Drive a company vehicle.
- Depending on the E&I Maintenance Technician position being filled- may operate heavy equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Industrial E&I Trade School or equivalent.
- At least five years of experience in an industrial setting. This requirement can be waived by IMTT depending on educational background and/or other occupational experience.
- General experience in maintenance, electrical and instrumentation in a chemical manufacturing or storage facility.
- Valid Driver’s License
- TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credentials) for access to IMTT’s terminal locations.

- The large scale of the operation and the extensive layout of the facility require that the applicant have the ability to walk and stand on uneven terrain, to climb stairs and ladders, and traverse inclines: uphill, downhill or mixed. Furthermore, because the facility and adjoining facilities handle hazardous materials, the applicant must be able to ingress and egress in foreseeable emergencies. The applicant must be able to work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.

Job Summary
As a terminal-based resource, the Measurement Specialist will drive in-depth investigations to minimize losses/gains and drive non-routine measurement activities as prioritized by the Operations team. The measurement specialist will be critical in ensuring all radar and metering systems are fully functional and calibrated.
