Overview

Support several degreed engineers and project managers in the performance and construction of capital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing drawings & records
  • Review design and construction drawings
  • Support engineering and maintenance departments with active projects and preventative maintenance
  • Assist with work planning and procurement
  • Some design may be required
  • Other duties as required by supervisor

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Engineering student currently enrolled in a STEM college program or similar tech program (engineering, manufacturing, drafting, etc.)
  • TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credentials)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Hours of Work

  • Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
  • This position requires overtime and occasional weekend work as job duties demand.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary, sometimes with little or no advance notice
