Job Summary
The EHSS Director will be responsible for managing the EHSS Department at the IMTT terminal. The EHSS Director will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all business activities in the terminal in accordance with company policies, local and federal regulatory agencies. The incumbent will directly manage specialists in environmental compliance, site remediation, employee safety, Lock Out Tag Out Program, and site security. The EHSS Director will perform duties in direct support of and in partnership with the Terminal Manager, who is accountable for all activities at the facility. This position is an in-office position that requires the employee to be present at our Bayonne, NJ terminal during regular business hours.
The Tax Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the tax function within IMTT. This includes developing and implementing tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax laws, reporting and filing Federal and State income taxes as well as indirect taxes, managing tax accounting processes inclusive of tax provisions, and providing leadership to the tax team. IMTT currently operates in nine states and two Canadian provinces and plans to be taxed as a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
